All of our items by nature are unique. No two pieces will be exactly alike in color, shape, grain pattern or the like. Sales should be considered final. By submitting payment, you acknowledge this policy and agree to final sale. 

Please refer to the use and care document provided with your order. This will help determine what are appropriate uses of your items and things that can cause damage or harm to you or the item. 

All purchases made are subject to taxes as determined by either our tax jurisdiction, your tax jurisdiction or the ecommerce site used for your purchase. In person sales will be based on the jurisdiction which the sale was made, such as in cases of markets and bazaars attended by CWR Wood & Resin Works LLC. Online sales will be calculated by the ecommerce provider.

You are also responsible for any shipping fees, over and above the estimated shipping cost determined by the ecommerce site. If for some reason the calculated shipping is inaccurate once items are boxed and taken to the shipping carrier, your order will be held for further payment or to investigate options for cost of other carriers to provide the same level of service. Locally there are limited carriers available. You will be contacted to determine how to proceed with the options available for the package dimensions and weight of your parcel. Please understand that many of our items vary in size and weight and its simply not possible to have predetermined costs although we will do our best to estimate at the time of purchase through the ecommerce site.

Please select the appropriate levels of shipping insurance as a product in your cart or for such things as signature required for delivery. These will be applied at the carrier at the time of shipping. Please choose shipping insurance to cover the cost of your items in the event of loss or damages during shipping, CWR Wood & Resin Works LLC will not be liable to replace items or provide refund. Once boxed and shipped any claims of damage or missing items need to be directed to the USPS or the shipping provider for resolution or reimbursement. 

In such cases we are more than happy to work on a new piece for you. However, we will charge for the new item accordingly and with the acknowledgement that all of our items by nature are unique. No two pieces will be exactly alike in color, shape, grain pattern or the like. By submitting payment, you acknowledge this policy. 

Orders once placed will not be cancelled, nor payment returned for any reason other than those deemed so solely by owners of CWR Wood & Resin Works LLC.

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
