Precautions

Please refer to the use and care document provided with your order. This will help determine what are appropriate uses of your items and things that can cause damage or harm to you or the item.

Insurance coverage

Please select the appropriate levels of shipping insurance as a product in your cart when checking out. Please choose shipping insurance to cover the cost of your items in the event of loss or damages during shipping. CWR Wood & Resin Works LLC will not be liable to replace items or provide refund. Once boxed and shipped any claims of damage or missing items need to be directed to the USPS or the shipping provider for resolution or reimbursement. 

Shipping Related Damages

If your items were damaged due to shipping, we are more than happy to work on a new piece for you. However, we will charge for the new item accordingly and with the acknowledgement that all of our items by nature are unique. No two pieces will be exactly alike in color, shape, grain pattern or the like.

Final Sale

Orders once placed will not be cancelled, nor payment returned for any reason other than those deemed so solely by owners of CWR Wood & Resin Works LLC. All sales are final with few exceptions. If you feel your case should be reviewed for exception you will need to provide all pertinent information to our email at CWRworks@gmail.com for review. Please include clear pictures to determine issue and cause.
